Sunday night TV
Every Sunday we are faced with another boring night of T.V. I think that the television schedulers think that only pensioners watch television on Sunday as there is nothing decent on until about nine and doesn't end till midnight, by then I cant be bothered to watch television and I just want to go to sleep. I think that it would be a good idea to put on decent programmes aimed at a younger age group between five and ten pm. Last night I was stuck watching boring old peoples programmes such as Songs of praise and Heartbeat until nine when I watched William and Mary , which I actually enjoy. I know Programmes like songs of praise have been on for years and it is broadcast on Sundays because that is the day for the religious worship of a fictional character that has been made up to make people feel better about themselves, but surely it could be shown on a weekday when non- religious people like me wont have to watch it because they will either be at work or school. I would like to request that the Sunday television schedule be changed sometime in the near future.
